To all Coaches & Players, there are some changes being made for 2010, please read :

1. Senior League will pitch from 40 feet.  Vernon’s pitching plate has already been moved to 43 feet.  If you play in Vernon, you will need to simply make a mark from which to pitch at 40feet.  The 43 feet rule will be in effect next year.  Continuous batting (all players bat) and 7 run rule are in effect as in previous years.
2. Majors – Players can steal once the pitcher releases the ball.  Dropped 3^rd strike is in effect.    Continuous batting (all players bat) and 7 run rule are in effect as in previous years.
3. Reminder – there is no ‘on deck’ circle in major league or minor league
4. Any pitchers warming up must do so with a player wearing a catchers mask (at least)
5. Parents/coaches are not allowed to warm up players in between innings.  Must be a player, must be wearing a mask (at least)
